YAEL SHALEV

Yael Shalev is an Israeli artist, born in Nahalal, and lives and works in Tel Aviv. Her sculptures have been purchased by many collectors all over the world, including the University of New Orleans .In addition, some of her environmental sculptures are displayed on the banks of the sea of Galilee and in Caesarea.
Yael is a member of the Painters and Sculptors Association.

Artist's Statement

"Years ago, a latent creative power burst forth in me and has continued until today with the same passion. 

The sculptures presented in this website have been created in different periods and various styles, but in the same language. 

My style, both the figurative and the abstract, reflect human emotions as well as my own different feelings. 

I never look for ideas; they emanate from within me.

A sculpture is created to grow and flow with balance and proportion to become a piece of art."
